Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered through the checkout platform or download process shown on the product page. No physical product is shipped unless explicitly stated.

Review before purchase

Before purchasing, review the product description, included files, language or dialect, device requirements, and price.

Refund requests

Because digital files can be accessed immediately, refund eligibility may be limited. The checkout platform’s current refund rules and applicable consumer law also apply. Contact support@arabicfoodguide.com with the order email, product name, and a clear description of the issue.

Duplicate purchases and technical problems

Contact support for duplicate purchases, corrupted files, missing download access, or a file that materially differs from the product description.

Unless otherwise stated, digital files are licensed for personal use by the purchaser and may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly, or uploaded to file-sharing platforms.
